The complete performance sire. With only 3 pounds of birth weight, Trendsetter shows explosive growth in a moderate-framed package. A Washington State study featured in the December 2003 issue of Drovers Journal found Trendsetter to be the most profitable AI bull to use on purebred Angus cows. Trendsetter was also found to be the only Angus bull in the top 15 most profitable AI bulls to use in a commercial scenario while having only one-third of the birth weight of the other top 15 bulls. The commercial herds that have used Trendsetter have reported that his calves weigh 50 pounds more than any other sires at weaning time. Semen available from Genex/CRI.
